Prior to Mikaela's career in yoga she held various corporate positions in which I gained experience in Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Reporting, and Project Management. While Mikaela was developing strong business-related she realized that her career was not fulfilling her life's journey on a spiritual, emotional, or physical level. Mikaela realized that though she wasn't getting fulfillment from work, she was receiving a glimpse of it from her personal yoga practice. In 2016 Mikaela followed this beacon of light and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training.
Two years later Mikaela started to combine her passion for yoga with her foundation of business skills and started Gray Yoga. Through Gray Yoga she began leading corporate yoga and yoga events around Orlando, Florida. Mikaela recently moved West to Colorado and opened Gray Yoga studio in November 2023. In just one month Gray yoga became a home to many in the heart of Olde Town Arvada.
Haley is an RYT-500, ERYT-200, and YACEP
Haley started practicing yoga in at the age of 15, in 2015 at a local yoga studio in the Chicago suburbs. Haley fell in love with the physical practice of yoga and began taking classes on a weekly and eventually daily basis. She started working at a studio and immersing herself in the culture of yoga. The more time Haley spent around the studio the more she learned that yoga was not just about the postures. Hungry to learn more Haley signed up for her 200 hour YTT in 2020.
You can find Haley teaching Power and Restorative Yoga at Gray. Haley also enjoys chatting about nutrition, climbing, herbalism, and the great outdoors!
